Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Client Interaction:
• Engage with clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, providing clients with innovative and effective solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to showcase technical capabilities and discuss project progress.
• Provide ongoing technical support and address client queries and concerns.
• Technology Evolution:
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes and deliver optimal solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for integrating new technologies into existing systems.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management:
• Contribute to project planning and estimation, ensuring timely and quality delivery of software projects. o Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and deadlines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).
• Minimum 7 Years of proven experience in software development, including:
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
• Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
