If you're looking to accelerate your career within a complex, fast‑paced environment where you can genuinely make an impact, this role will stand out.

The Role As Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in the 5-year planning cycle, commercial budgeting, and rolling forecasts across a large, well‑established commercial division. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape long-term strategic decisions through logical, insightful financial analysis. This role offers excellent visibility across the business, exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to work with and manipulate large, complex data sets to drive real commercial outcomes.

  • Build, improve, and own complex financial models to support long-term planning.
  • Work with large data sets to deliver accurate, timely insight.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with non-finance teams, challenging where necessary.
  • Support senior finance management with board‑level reporting and strategic financial presentations.
  • Operate confidently in “grey” areas — interpreting data logically and proposing clear solutions.

About You We’re looking for someone with the capability and ambition to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving business.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Experience gained in a large, complex business (FTSE, multinational, or similar scale).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and challenge numbers.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and using logical thinking to drive clarity.
  • Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills; strong working knowledge of large data environments.
  • Confident communicator who builds relationships with ease.
