Skills and Experience****
- Comprehensive knowledge of, experience in, and proven delivery of, business improvement methodologies and solutions
- Demonstrable evidence of leading and delivering process improvement projects and successful business and process change
- Minimum Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- An understanding of change management approaches and demonstrable evidence of delivering change management across complex projects
- Project management skills and experience
- Experience in handling, analysing and understanding diverse data sources
- Ability to understand and translate high-level process implications easily without being a subject matter expert
- Experience in stakeholder management, methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to quickly build successful business relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using M365 applications
