**EUC Hardware Engineer - active SC clearance / DV clearance**A major central government department is seeking a EUC Hardware Engineer to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

Skills:

• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues across laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
• Strong understanding of hardware architecture, component compatibility.
• Knowledge of secure hardware handling practices, including data sanitization and destruction protocols.
• Ability to work within strict compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in hardware installation, configuration, and lifecycle management in enterprise or government environments.
• Previous work in secure or classified environments, adhering to strict data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Hands-on experience with secure disposal of data-bearing devices in compliance with organisational and legal standards.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware solutions.
• Experience managing hardware assets within ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
