The Reporting Lead will own the end-to-end reporting approach, including strategy definition, design, development, and delivery across all Workday modules, ensuring reporting solutions align with business needs, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Lead to support the delivery of a Workday implementation spanning HCM, Financials, and PSA. The Reporting Lead will own the end-to-end reporting approach, including strategy definition, design, development, and delivery across all Workday modules, ensuring reporting solutions align with business needs, operational processes, and regulatory requirements. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all reporting-related activities and will collaborate closely with functional leads, data owners, integration teams, and key business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements -

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Workday Reporting Lead or Senior Workday Reporting Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering reporting solutions across Workday HCM, Financials, and Professional Services Automation (PSA).
  • Advanced expertise in building and maintaining Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday security and business process frameworks, with a strong understanding of their impact on reporting.
  • Proven experience delivering reporting as part of full lifecycle Workday implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a contract environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
