Job description
We are currently supporting a client who are are embarking on an ERP transformation programme to modernise core business systems across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll. This will be an 18 month fixed term contract paying between £39,000 to £44,000. Working on a hybrid basis with 3-4 days per week being based in Staffordshire. The programme is entering the mobilisation and design phase, and an experienced Business Analyst with HR and Payroll knowledge is required to support the HR/Payroll workstream.
Key Responsibilities -
- Work closely with programme stakeholders and workstream leads to capture and document current (“as-is”) HR and Payroll processes.
- Facilitate and support design workshops with SMEs and project stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements for the future ERP solution.
- Translate business requirements into functional documentation and process maps.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs who will be supporting the programme alongside their operational responsibilities.
- Support the programme through the design and implementation phases, ensuring business needs are clearly captured and communicated.
- Work collaboratively with other programme workstreams including Finance and Procurement as part of the wider ERP transformation.
Experience Required
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on transformation or system implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
- Ability to produce process maps, functional documentation and requirements specifications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, working with both technical and non-technical teams.
