Oracle Architect (FDI / OAC / FAW / OBIEE / ODI)
Hybrid, London | Government Programme | Team Lead Opportunity
A government client is seeking an experienced Oracle Architect to take on a senior technical leadership role within a high-profile transformation programme. This position offers the opportunity to lead architectural design and delivery across Oracle analytics and data platforms while managing and guiding technical teams in a complex stakeholder environment.

Location
Hybrid working model with 1 to 2 days per week onsite in London.

Engagement
Senior team lead or managerial level role supporting a major public sector programme.

Key responsibilities
• Lead architecture design and technical delivery across Oracle analytics and data solutions
• Provide hands-on expertise across Oracle FDI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, OBIEE, or ODI
• Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring high standards of delivery and governance
• Work closely with programme leadership, suppliers, and stakeholders to align architecture with strategic objectives
• Support solution assurance, performance optimisation, and best practice adoption across the delivery lifecycle

Essential experience
• Strong hands-on background in Oracle FDI, OAC, FAW, or OBIEE and ODI
• Proven experience in a team lead or managerial capacity
• Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong architectural governance and solution design capability

Additional requirements
• Must hold current SC Clearance
• Experience delivering on large-scale transformation or government programmes is highly desirable
