What will your day to day look like?

You’ll lead on product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring each product meets high clinical and commercial standards. An average week might include:

  • Owning project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Translating product concepts into commercially viable solutions
  • Working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners
  • Helping to shape the future product pipeline
  • Using customer feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all products company with relevant industry regulations

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in an R&D or product development role
  • Know how to deliver new product development projects
  • Have great project management skills and can move things along at pace
  • Can collaborate well with internal and external teams
  • Know your way around technical documentation

Ideally, you’d also have a good understanding of the medical devices or healthcare space, but this isn’t a dealbreaker for the right person.
