Responsibilities:
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve products and services
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to support product and account success
- Generate new business and build positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Manage client needs, resolve issues, and provide timely, effective solutions
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
- Identify sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in client communication and relationship management
- Experience within a retail brokerage, trading company, or financial services environment is beneficial but not mandatory
