Key Duties:
- Carrying out door undercuts following floor coverings being installed.
- Filling, patching, and making good around doors and frames.
- Assisting joiners and other trades as required.
- General snagging and finishing tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Supporting refurbishment works within residential properties.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card.
- Basic understanding of joinery works (door adjustments, undercuts, filling).
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled or maintenance role preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
- Good customer awareness when working in occupied homes.
- (Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness certificates preferred).
- (Own van and tools preferred).
