The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
This is an ongoing role offering long-term stability on a prestigious development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage build programmes and drive progress to meet deadlines.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with senior management.
- Monitor budgets, materials, and resource allocation.
- Ensure customer care and finishing standards meet high-end expectations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on volume residential new-build projects.
- Experience working for leading general contractors / national housebuilders.
- Strong understanding of housing construction processes and sequencing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
