The Project:

Large-scale school refurbishment.
Partial new build extension.
Significant external civils package.
Live site environment requiring strong H&S leadership and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing hard landscaping works.
Supervising and coordinating Section 278 works.
Managing permits and local authority approvals.
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and site documentation.
Supporting and overseeing internal refurbishment works.
Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme.
Liaising with the client, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Essential Experience:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on education or similar projects.
Strong background in civils works, including hard landscaping and 278 works.
Experience managing permits and H&S processes.
Ability to manage both external works and internal refurbishment packages.
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black/Gold) required.
