Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in new build housing? We’re looking for a hands-on, organised professional to oversee delivery for a major residential development in Winsford, working on behalf of a leading national contractor on a flagship legacy scheme.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of project delivery and subcontractor oversight — managing schedules, resources, and client communication to ensure smooth delivery across all stages of construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery on-site.
• Producing and managing construction schedules and progress reports.
• Liaising directly with the main contractor and client to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Proactively resolving site or design challenges, keeping projects on track.

About You:

• Proven experience managing housing or residential new build schemes.
• Strong background in project scheduling, delivery, and client interface.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing challenging or complex projects.
• SMSTS / CSCS and First Aid preferred.
