The Role:

You will oversee the delivery of multi-measure retrofit and refurbishment works across occupied and void social housing properties. Projects will include a mix of:

  • EWI / IWI.
  • Roofing & insulation upgrades.
  • Window & door replacements.
  • Heating system upgrades (including low-carbon solutions).
  • Ventilation improvements.
  • Associated internal & external refurbishment works.

You will manage site teams and subcontractors across multiple localised schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site and programme management across multiple projects.
  • Overseeing multi-measure retrofit schemes in occupied properties.
  • Managing subcontractors and direct labour.
  • Ensuring compliance with all H&S legislation and company procedures.
  • Liaising with clients, tenant liaison officers, and housing providers.
  • Monitoring quality control and sign-off processes.
  • Ensuring documentation and procedures are followed across localised frameworks.
  • Reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects.
  • Strong background in multi-measure retrofit schemes.
  • Experience working across localised framework agreements.
  • Solid understanding of processes and procedures within social housing environments.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Essential Certifications:

  • Valid CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
