Role: Registered Manager

Service: Ivy Stone Lodge (Upton)

Salary: £35,000

Shift: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 with on-call responsibilities

Place of work

Stone Lodge is our newest service, a 6-bed home opened in July 2024 and catering to individuals with a variety of learning disabilities and complex needs.

Your role & you

You will be a front-line, visible and hands on Registered Manager. You will know how to get the best out of people and enjoy seeing your team empowered and able to progress.

Who we are looking for?

  • Someone in a strong background within adult Learning Disabilities services at Registered Manager level or higher is essential
  • Possess an NVQ level 4/5 in health and social care
  • Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DOLS, Safeguarding and CQC regulations
  • Be a driver with your own vehicle as the position includes on-call duties
  • Time management and organisational skills
