The opportunity
As Team Manager – Demand Planning, you will lead a team responsible for demand forecasting and availability performance across the group. Your focus is to ensure the business has accurate forecasts, clear insight and joined-up communication between teams, customers and suppliers.
This is a role where your leadership improves decision-making, reduces stock risk and strengthens service levels.

- Lead and develop the demand planning team, improving consistency, capability and confidence
- Drive availability performance against KPIs, giving the business clearer control of service levels
- Turn product and supplier strategies into realistic, accurate forecasts
- Improve collaboration between demand planning, purchasing, suppliers and customers
- Identify trends and issues early, allowing corrective action before performance is impacted
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve outcomes
- Play a key role in developing people through coaching, performance reviews and progression planning
Your work will directly improve forecasting accuracy, customer availability and overall supply chain performance.

- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
