What You'll Be Doing

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand for your region - supporting distributors, strengthening relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B or automotive sales, ideally in a field-based role
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and grow accounts
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity about commercial vehicle parts
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator who enjoys being customer-facing
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing a large region
  • Full UK driving licence
