Shape the future of a specialist manufacturing sales team with full ownership and a £70k+ package

£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + company car + 25 days holiday

The opportunity

You will lead sales across the business, setting direction, developing people and turning strategy into results. This is not about maintaining the status quo. It is about improving performance, strengthening customer relationships and positioning the business for long-term growth.

You will work closely with the senior leadership team, giving you a genuine voice in how the company evolves and the opportunity to influence decisions well beyond sales.

What you will achieve

  • Own and deliver the sales strategy, allowing you to directly influence revenue, margin and market position
  • Build, lead and develop the sales and technical teams, strengthening capability and creating a high-performance culture
  • Set clear targets and expectations so results are measurable, visible and rewarded
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and groups, increasing retention and long-term value
  • Improve forecasting and pipeline visibility, giving you control over performance and planning
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure sales promises are delivered consistently, improving customer confidence
  • Identify new opportunities in the market, helping the business grow in a controlled and profitable way
