The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be representing a global leader in the manufacture and supply of automotive aftermarket components.

You will be responsible for growing the sales across the extensive range of market-leading automotive parts. You’ll be working with buying groups, key accounts, and independent factors to identify profitable opportunities and deliver real value.

This is a field-based role, so expect to be out and about, meeting clients, attending trade events, and delivering product training at factor level.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Developing and growing sales across the UK aftermarket sector
  • Building relationships with buying groups and independent factors
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Delivering staff training and product knowledge sessions
  • Trade shows and industry events

You

  • Sales experience in the automotive aftermarket sector (essential)
  • Knowledge of UK Buying Groups (preferred)
  • Field sales experience with a willingness to travel and stay overnight when needed
  • Confident communicator with training experience at factor level
  • Strong PC literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
