Looking for a role where you can run your own territory, represent a premium British brand, and see your projects transform into world-class environments?
What You’ll Be Doing
As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead B2B sales projects from first contact to completion — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering solutions that match each client’s vision.
Your focus will be to:
- Develop new business opportunities across automotive, industrial, education, and motorsport sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from enquiry to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with decision-makers, architects, and contractors.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and project teams to bring bespoke projects to life.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
You’ll be field-based across the UK, with a home and office balance and around 25k–35k driving miles per year — plenty of variety, freedom, and ownership of your territory.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with a project or design-led product.
- Track record in developing and closing new business.
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Professional, self-motivated, and confident managing your own schedule.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
