What You’ll Be Doing
This role is all about building strong, long-term relationships and becoming a valued partner to your customers.
You’ll:
- Grow existing accounts and maximise their performance
- Identify and win new business across the Midlands
- Use data and account insights to spot opportunities
- Visit customers regularly and understand their challenges
- Manage stock levels, product focus and sales performance
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
- Represent the brand with professionalism and technical curiosity
You’ll be trusted to run your region, supported when you need it, and valued for the relationships you build.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in automotive aftermarket sales, field sales, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse account performance and act on insight
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Ability to manage your own time effectively
- Good IT skills and confidence with Excel/CRM tools
- Full UK driving licence
