The Role
We’re recruiting a UK National Accounts Manager to take charge of key strategic accounts in the automotive aftermarket. You’ll be responsible for strengthening relationships, growing sales, and ensuring top-level service delivery to some of the industry’s biggest customers.
You’ll be trusted with real autonomy. Developing account-specific strategies, managing promotions, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that fit. With a collaborative culture and strong support behind you, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with national and strategic accounts
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across your portfolio
- Create account-specific business plans and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver excellent service
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to spot opportunities
- Represent the business at customer meetings, trade events, and exhibitions

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in national or key account management within the automotive aftermarket
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term, influential relationships at all levels
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel nationally to support your accounts
