- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
