FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and qualified gardener to join their team. The role involves a variety of gardening tasks, working outdoors, and liaising with clients. Part-time or full-time positions are available.

The job

To undertake work to a high standard; liaise with our clients; take instructions and have a “can do” attitude.
Operate all garden machinery and tools in a safe and competent manor and strim to a high standard.
Be able to advise clients on potential improvements from a horticultural perspective.

Key maintenance tasks involve:

Strimming
Shrub Pruning
Hedge Trimming
Lawn Mowing
Flower bed maintenance
Weeding
Applying a selection of herbicides

What we want you to have

Clean and full Driving License (Preferred)
PA1 & PA6 (Preferred)

Preferred Skillset:

Strong horticultural knowledge
Experience in all horticultural equipment.
Enhanced communication and organisational skills.
A willingness to learn new thing.
Time management and planning.
A positive attitude to execute, deliver and succeed in all aspects of life.
To listen carefully and liaise with clients.

Experience:

Gardener: 0-3 years (Required)

Qualifications/Education:

NC in Horticulture/Landscaping (Required).
HNC in Horticulture/Landscaping (Preferred).
