FULL DESCRIPTION
Customer Success Administrator
The Customer Success Administrator will support the Customer Success and Sales teams by providing administrative assistance and handling inquiries from various stakeholders. Responsibilities include sales progression, case updates, and supporting the onboarding of new clients. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively.

What you’ll do.
- Support the Customer Success and Sales teams
- Provide administrative, general day-to-day assistance
- Dealing with enquires from Mortgage Brokers, Estate Agents, Law Firms and Suppliers
- Sales Progression
- Progress law firm case updates
- Support in the onboarding and progressing of Mortgage Brokers, Estate Agents, Law Firms and Suppliers
Experience you need
- Able to use MS Office confidently
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to all aspects of work.
- A customer-first attitude, striving to deliver a professional and responsive service.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with other team members & departments
- Flexibility in approach, with a willingness to perform ad hoc tasks.
