To manage a caseload up to 100 files, mainly conveyancing of residential properties of all types. This may include: Handling transactional conveyancing matters including sale freehold, leasehold and commonhold properties of all types. Where required, re-mortgages, equity release and transfer of equity matters.

Experience you need

We’re looking for a candidate who can title check and have conveyancing technical ability. If your experience is limited, or you can’t do complex leasehold, new build or shared ownership, we still want to hear from you. You do not need to be a qualified conveyancer for this role, but experience running a caseload is ideal. Sound theoretical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures from start to end of a transaction If you have experience in dealing with: members of the public brokers/introducers, developing strong links and growing business income streams dealing with domestic conveyancing transactions, freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchase & remortgage from beginning to end working with Microsoft packages and case management systems it would be a huge advantage.
