Location: Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire, UK

Salary: Depending on experience

Job Requirements:

  • Responsibilities include but not limited to
  • Administration of prescribed medication to patient in accordance to the policy.
  • Admission and discharge of patients.
  • Safeguarding of vulnerable young people and adults.
  • Monitoring and recording of patient’s observation such as B.P, temperature, H.R, CVP, Respiration, ETCO2, etc
  • Identification and management of patient at risk.
  • Personal hygiene care
  • Moving and handling patient safely using appropriate equipment.
  • Management of infusions, drains, urinary catheter and fluid balance
  • Pressure area management.

Qualifications/Skills Required :

  • Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing.
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • Experience working as a community nurse/Prison Nurse
  • General ward experience
  • Outpatients Experience
  • Newly qualified nurses would be supported with experienced preceptors.

Hours of work :

37.5 hours for full time nurses

Flexible working hours for casual and permanent staff
