Registered nurse
Location: Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire, UK
Salary: Depending on experience
Job Requirements:
- Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Administration of prescribed medication to patient in accordance to the policy.
- Admission and discharge of patients.
- Safeguarding of vulnerable young people and adults.
- Monitoring and recording of patient’s observation such as B.P, temperature, H.R, CVP, Respiration, ETCO2, etc
- Identification and management of patient at risk.
- Personal hygiene care
- Moving and handling patient safely using appropriate equipment.
- Management of infusions, drains, urinary catheter and fluid balance
- Pressure area management.
Qualifications/Skills Required :
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing.
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
- Experience working as a community nurse/Prison Nurse
- General ward experience
- Outpatients Experience
- Newly qualified nurses would be supported with experienced preceptors.

Hours of work :
37.5 hours for full time nurses
Flexible working hours for casual and permanent staff
