FULL DESCRIPTION

Credit Controller

Location: Earlstrees Industrial Estate, Corby.

Shifts: Monday-Friday. 9am-5pm. 30 minute paid lunch.

Job type: Permanent.

Rate of pay: £25,000/pa.

Duties: Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments. Dealing with and resolving all account queries. Negotiating re-payment plans. Maintaining contact with customers to ensure invoices are clear for payment. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices. Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems. Providing accounts information to internal departments. Consistently applying credit control processes within X-Suite. Filing and general housework of paperwork within the office.

Requirements:

  • To have a good understanding of Credit Control processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to make outbound calls and the drive to collect the cash.
  • Be able to demonstrate accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Intermediate EXCEL (including formulas, VLOOKUPS).
