Customer Service Support Administrator

Our client is looking to appoint a permanent Customer Service Support Administrator to work for a local manufacturing company based in Leicester. To help support the office in all administrative tasks. You will be working in a small and friendly environment.

Duties:

  • Answering incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Filling and administration.
  • Dealing with customer orders and complaints.
  • Helping with health and safety documents.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at the reception area.
