We are currently looking for a qualified MHE Trainer to fill the role for our client based in Burton Latimer. Offering a permanent role working Monday-Friday shifts.

MHE Trainer NEEDED

We are currently looking for a qualified MHE Trainer to fill the role for our client based in Burton Latimer. Offering a permanent role working Monday-Friday shifts.

Location:
Burton Latimer.

Shifts:
6am-2pm.
2pm-10pm.
Monday-Friday.
Possibility of an occasional night shift required to refresh night team workers. This will be pre organised and booked in.

Job type:
Permanent role directly with our client!!!

Rate of pay:
£25,750 Per Annum.
Bonuses & OT available!

Application:
2 stage interview process.

Duties:
-Deliver a full MHE training (basic and refresher) to include PPT, CBT, RT, VNA, MEWP or other equipment that may be used together with FLT battery changing.
-Put plans in place for all permanent, temporary, and agency colleagues and make sure they’re refresher trained.
-To ensure all changes to policies and procedures, or any other change activity is fully implemented and supported.
-Actively identify trainees whose actions/behaviour impact on safety, quality, and productive performance.
-Make sure all trained staff are placed onto the training register and issued relevant MHE certificates.
-Review all accident reports involving forklift trucks, assisting management and SHE staff in carrying our efficient accident investigations.
-To ensure all staff are aware of their health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.

Requirements:
-Current holder of RTITB or ITSSAR instructor certification is required for this Warehouse Trainer role.
-A proven track record of working within a logistics / supply chain training function.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to highlight and challenge relevant issues.
-Ability to develop strong working relationships at all management levels
-Be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
-Able to complete tasks with composure when under pressure.
-Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
-Insightful, accurate, and timely management reporting.
-Good at workload planning & problem solving.
-Operates with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
