[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] & Recruitment is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with Goods In/Out and PPT/LLOP experience for our client’s high-volume distribution centre in Rugby (NN6).

This role offers a genuine progression pathway:

Our client is specifically looking for someone they can develop into a Supervisor. Applicants with leadership qualities or previous exposure to team-leading duties will be strongly favoured.

Pay Rate

£14.12 per hour

Shifts

4 on / 4 off – Days or Nights

(Shift pattern includes weekends)

• Days: 06:00–18:00

Consistent overtime and long-term work available. This is a TEMP to PERM Position

What We’re Looking For

• PPT / LLOP experience – essential

• Strong background in Goods In/Out and Picking

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliability, excellent timekeeping, and strong work ethic

• Good numerical accuracy for managing complex product codes

• Natural leadership qualities or previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience

• The client is committed to developing the right person into a Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating PPT/LLOP trucks to pick, move, and organise stock

• Supporting daily warehouse operations and meeting team targets

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised environment

• Working closely with management, with opportunities to take on leadership tasks
