Our client is currently looking for experienced and cheerful Office Administrator to work for a local Electronics company in Northampton.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm.

Salary: £24,000 per annum.

Experience is essential for this role.

This position is Temp to Perm after 12 weeks.

Main job duties involve:

  • Answering incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Maintaining and updating files.
  • Dealing with incoming emails and responding to customers.
  • General administration and keeping on top of paperwork.
  • Keeping filling cabinets up to date.
  • Greeting visitors at the reception.
  • Serving refreshments to visitors.
  • Completing PA duties to the managing director.
  • Booking flights and accommodation for customers.
  • Diary management for the managing director.

This role allows the successful candidate to build upon any administration experience that they already have. You will have the opportunity to progress and develop within this role as well as gain permanent, secure employment.
