We are currently seeking 1 recruitment consultant to join our successful business & join our Leicester Team.

Salary:
Varying across the roles.
- £23,000 to -28,000 per annum.
- Plus Commission.
- Use of company Pool cars.
- Plus other company benefits.

Hours:
-Monday to Friday - Hours may vary.
-Ideally you’ll job share across 2/3 weeks depending on the contracts involved.
-Your day to day could consist off - 5:30am-6:30am onsite checking the staff are on site.
-Go home rest for a couple of hours - Back in the office for 11am-5:30pm .
-5:30pm-6:30pm – checking in staff, day done.
-One weekend in 3, Saturday and Sunday consisting of just check ins.

Job type:
This is a full-time position | Permanent with FOX.

Job duties:
-Checking in agency staff on clients’ sites.
-Having an out of hours work mobile to contact clients and agency workers.
-Organising agency staff every week onto the appropriate shift.
-Checking each agency worker has the correct PPE.
-Liaising with team leaders and shift managers at clients’ sites.
-Completing staffing sheets and sending over to clients.
-Fill all clients agency bookings.
-Completing inductions on site for agency staff.
-Registering candidates for work.

Requirements:
We're looking for a team player with a GO GO attitude - You need to be hard working with a good attitude towards teamwork.

You NEED A FULL UK Driving licence, ideally over 25 and have at least 1 years driving experience within the UK.
