Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Requirement and configuration, with the ability to customize systems to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and document functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance
- Assist in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role within the IT sector.
