We are seeking both Day and Night Nurses to join our friendly and collaborative care home team, based in the heart of Cross in Hand.

Expected hours: 12 – 48 per week Work Location: In person
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift / Night Shift
- Weekend Availability is essential

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care and clinical support to residents
- Monitor and manage residents’ health conditions
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records
- Respond to emergencies and liaise with on-call professionals as needed
- Support care staff and ensure a calm, safe environment
What We Look For:
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Excellent patient care skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Right to work in the UK
