We’re looking for a proactive and motivated team member to join our Desk Sales team, working to promote our broadband service. Reporting into our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for contacting customers, building strong relationships, and helping them find the perfect broadband package for their needs.

Reporting into our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for contacting customers, building strong relationships, and helping them find the perfect broadband package for their needs.
Main responsibilities
- Attracting new sign ups to our network
- Creating and executing sales strategies
- Analysis of strategy success
- Updating CRM system with accurate and timely data
- Managing customer relations and satisfaction
- Tailoring customer communications
- Making proactive sales calls
- Supporting customers through the sales process
- Ability to understand and meet targets
Working hours
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, these hours will be worked on a rota basis between the business hours of:
• Monday – Friday 9.00am – 7.00pm
• Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm
• Sunday 9.00am – 5.00pm
To meet the needs of the customer, you will need to be flexible with your working hours.
Experience required
- Experience of working in a targeted sales environment
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- The ability to work independently and prioritise a large workload
- Proactive with the drive to hit targets
- Problem solving and delivering solutions
- Ability to check and test data to ensure accuracy
- Excellent use of IT systems

Generous salary
Basic salary £21,208 per annum + commission, OTE £27,200 - £35,600
