Field Sales Executive
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our customer base across Greater London. This role is focused on increasing distribution, winning new retail accounts, and developing long-term, profitable relationships within the vaping and FMCG retail sector. You will be heavily field-based, working directly with retailers to maximise sales, improve product visibility, and drive consistent revenue growth in a competitive London market.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business and open new retail accounts across Greater London
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximise account value
- Increase product range distribution, shelf space, and in-store visibility
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits with retailers and key decision-makers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements
- Execute product launches and promotional activity in-store
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
- Attend company exhibition and in-store events
- Track competitor activity and market trends within the London FMCG/vaping Market
Sales & Experience Requirements
- Proven field sales experience within the vaping industry or a similar FMCG environment (required)
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth
- Excellent relationship management and customer retention skills
- Confident negotiator with a consultative, results-driven sales approach
- Ability to influence and build rapport with store owners and buyers
- Highly organised with strong territory and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Full UK driving licence

- Competitive base salary of £24,000 – £36,000 per year
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £12,000 per year
