Cover Supervisor in Gravesend
We are working with a welcoming and well-run mainstream primary school in Gravesend who are looking for a confident, reliable Cover Supervisor to join them full time. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive school where you will be covering PPA lessons that have already been planned, so your focus can be on delivering engaging sessions and maintaining a positive learning environment.
The role will involve:
- Leading classes across the primary age range
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons during PPA cover
- Managing behaviour effectively and confidently
- Creating a calm, focused and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Working closely with staff to ensure consistency across the school
The school is looking for someone who:
- Has strong behaviour management skills
- Is confident leading whole classes independently
