FULL DESCRIPTION
A fantastic opportunity has become vacant with one of the UK’s leading FM companies in a technically challenging building within Manchester. Salary: £42,000 with the chance to boost earnings through overtime.
Key Tasks:
- Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, seals, motors, AHUs
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary remedial repairs on systems, plant and equipment when required
- Work in accordance with given instructions, safe working practices and method statements ensuring relevant documentation is completed accurately and filed correctly
- Carry out PPM and reactive tasks
- Be a good communicator and work well in a team
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in mechanical engineering, plumbing or heating ventilation level 1, 2
- Minimum of 2 years experience
