Care at Home Assistant (Part-time and Relief) – [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]

We are recruiting dedicated Care at Home Workers to support vulnerable people in the Inverness area, helping them live with dignity and independence in their own homes.

Evenings on rotation 4pm – 10pm

  • Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Relief hours available (minimum requirement 4 shifts per month)

£13.50 – £14.00 per hour

We are seeking empathetic, compassionate individuals who are driven to make a difference — supporting people to maintain dignity and independence, while bringing a proactive mindset and an openness to learning, across the Inverness areas of Balloch, Culloden, Smithton, Westhill, Cradlehall, Milton of Leys and Drakies.

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect
  • Support with meal preparation and medication assistance
  • Promote independence and wellbeing through holistic, person-centred care

What we need from you:

  • Commitment to providing high quality care
  • An ability to communicate effectively with those you are caring for as well as within a team setting
  • Commitment to completing mandatory and ongoing training
  • Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Essential requirements:

Full, valid driving licence and a car insured for business use.
