FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] seeks a Partnerships and Community Engagement Lead to develop local relationships, secure funding, and raise the clinic's profile. The role involves building partnerships, engaging churches, and writing grant applications. This is a one-day-a-week, 12-month contract based in High Wycombe with hybrid working arrangements.

Job Description & Person Specification

[Employer hidden] has an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships and Community Engagement Lead to help us drive our ambitions forward.

One day a week on a 12 month contract initially

Based in High Wycombe with hybrid flexible working arrangements available (within Monday to Thursday, with some occasional hours on an evening or weekend).

£150 - £250 per day dependent on experience.

[Employer hidden] is looking to employ an experienced relationship manager to support the Clinic Manager by playing a significant role in developing local relationships with supporters, grant-making trusts, churches and the wider community. You will identify, grow and maintain partnerships in and around High Wycombe that raise the profile of the clinic’s work, generate sustainable funding streams as well as write and submit compelling funding applications that showcase the fantastic work that [Employer hidden] does for children and young people with additional needs and their families.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of identifying and building successful community partnerships, who is able to take initiative and nurture a range of local connections. An excellent communicator, confident in building effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders from church leaders, donors, and other providers, you will be skilled at sharing the vision and needs, releasing support, and equipping the community to play their part in supporting children with additional needs.

Tasks to include but not limited to:

  • Engaging local churches with the vision of [Employer hidden]
  • Building local connections ie with businesses and schools
  • Equipping volunteer champions to raise the profile of [Employer hidden]
  • Developing relationships with existing donors
  • Increasing the number of regular givers and income from churches
  • Grant applications

Since the post holder will be working with churches, there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that this post be filled by a Christian with a living faith.
