Experience in a Busy Food and Beverage operation ideal but not essential

The Role:

To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
To assist with the service of our guests, thus ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations.
Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department
Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards
Ensuring all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to
