Job Title: Mobile Retail Merchandiser / Driver
Location: Wimbledon
Job Purpose: To transport food and goods to sites within the Metropolitan Police Contract, restock and clean remote unmanned Micromarkets across London within Metropolitan Police.

To transport food and goods to sites within the Metropolitan Police Contract, restock and clean remote unmanned Micromarkets across London within Metropolitan Police.
Scope and purpose of job:
- Collect stock and goods from the designated collection point (SW19), load the delivery van and deliver safely and in good condition, ensuring the packing of goods in the delivery vehicle is in an organized and safe manner.
- Merchandise Micro Markets in line with the brand standards set out via planograms.
- Clean each Micro Market pod to remove dust and debris on a daily basis. To ensure all display counters comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements.
- Clean the coffee machine at each Micro Market as per machine instruction including milk tubes and fridge; to ensure compliance with company and statutory health & hygiene requirements.
- Complete daily inspection reports for your vehicle via ROUTD (mobile app). Daily, log on to ROUTD app to complete shift and delivery schedule ensuring all aspects of delivery are recorded.
- To perform general duties which support the efficient running of a contract or unit in line with contractual requirements
- Be flexible and comply with any reasonable requests made by your line Manager.
- Comply with all client and company health & safety procedures and standards at all times. This includes but is not limited to Food Handling, COSHH, Warehouse Safety, Uniform Standards, Personal Protective Equipment, Manual Handling, Fire Regulations, Quality Control and Profit Protection Company Procedure.
- Maintain the cleanliness of working areas ensuring Health and Safety hazards, issues, near misses and accidents are reported using the appropriate reporting procedures at the earliest opportunity.
- To ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to.
This role requires successful passing of NPPV Level 2 (vetting) which requires going through an extensive and thorough background check of the individual, family and associates. This check includes criminal background checks and financial background history. These checks may take up to 8 weeks and require any candidate to complete their own applications in a timely manner. All applicants must have been resident in the UK for 5 years.
This role relies on the passing of the above vetting process and employment will be withdrawn if not successful.
Hours of work: 09:00 – 17:00
Days of work: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (full time, permanent contract)
