Job Description

You will support head and sous chefs in kitchen operations, ensure food quality, manage stock efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist head and sous chef in providing catering service
- Cover sous chef duties during leave periods
- Maintain efficient ordering and kitchen record systems
- Manage deliveries, stock rooms, and control inventory
- Reduce waste, control stock, and drive sales
- Accurately complete all required records on time
- Serve customers in a timely and friendly manner when needed
- Ensure kitchen areas remain clean, hygienic, and organized
- Maintain safety and security of company property and assets
