- Drive measurable growth in conversion, frequency, attach, retention, and revenue, ensuring product initiatives directly support company OKRs
- Engage and influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders through clear communication, strong product judgement, and data-led recommendations
- Stay actively involved in discovery and delivery on key initiatives, shaping problem statements, reviewing experiments, and unblocking teams where needed

- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations to align strategy and execution across functions and markets

- Champion experimentation, data-led decision-making, and the adoption of AI-powered product experiences and tooling
About you:
- Ideally 10+ years’ product experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles with clear ownership of commercial outcomes

- Experience engaging and influencing senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Background leading multi-team, multi-market product organisations at scale
- Deep care for how products are built, not just what gets built
