Summary of role

- Responsibility for a subset of corporate travel relationships here at [Employer hidden], from coordinating day-to-day operations and customer service, to onboarding, client management and introduction of new technology and travel solutions.

- Support projects that deliver on the overall vision for the organisation.

- Act as an advocate for [Employer hidden] within the industry and at travel events and conferences, as required.

- Along with the broader team, you will ensure we are offering best-in-class service to our corporate clients and going above and beyond to meet their needs.

Experience

- 3+ years travel reservations experience.

- Experienced in monitoring Travel KPI’s for Corporates.

- Experienced in travel technology, with Amadeus knowledge a plus.

- Strong industry Knowledge.
