Streaming Account Operator – Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Excellent customer service skills, managing and increasing the number of account followers
- Work with creators and presenters to produce high-quality eCommerce content driving GMV through detailed operations work
- Create unique and fun content to improve followers experience
- Identifying, prioritising and recruiting merchants and onboarding them to an e-commerce platform
- Researching and creating a lineup of future live events
- Monitoring Audio/Video/Editorial Quality Control
- Familiarity with AWS streaming services and remote streaming support.
- Knowledge of streaming media protocols: HTTP Live Streaming (HLS), DASH, RTMP, RTSP, etc.
- Familiarity with Livestream broadcasting software/hardware.
- Background in live events and live streaming, and knowledge of digital video platforms.
- Knowledge of any video editing tools
- Knowledge/experience in a range of VC/AV equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of local culture.
- Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible hours, experience meeting deadlines, on a fast-paced production schedule.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Candidate should be capable of prioritising and handling multiple events at the same time with the same level of urgency
- Experience in troubleshooting with critical problem-solving skills.
