We are looking to recruit a full time receptionist to join our growing team of admin staff. If you have a background in admin/customer care and want to work for a leading private practice with a varied workload and multi skilled team of professionals we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Booking appointments
- Management of therapists' diaries
- Taking payments
- Ordering and maintaining office and clinic supplies
What we're looking for:
- Experience using computers
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
- Good communication skills, writing skills and people skills
- Willing to travel occasionally
