FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit a full time receptionist to join our growing team of admin staff. If you have a background in admin/customer care and want to work for a leading private practice with a varied workload and multi skilled team of professionals we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Booking appointments
  • Management of therapists' diaries
  • Taking payments
  • Ordering and maintaining office and clinic supplies

What we're looking for:

  • Experience using computers
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • Good communication skills, writing skills and people skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally
