Production Operative

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Production Operative to join our clients growing team in Bedford.

As a key member of the production line, you will play an essential role in manufacturing and assembling high-quality products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening moulds and preparing them for re-filling.
• Lifting products off the production line.
• Performing basic maintenance of production equipment, including cleaning equipment and moulds.
• Carrying out routine weekly technical tasks, such as calibration.
• Always Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a production environment or operating machinery is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently and adhere to safety standards.
• Attention to detail and clear communicator.
• Physical stamina to work in a manual environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
