Are you a passionate Solicitor looking to specialise in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims? Bolt Burdon Kemp, a top-ranked London law firm, is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join our renowned Spinal Injury team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-value, multi-track catastrophic injury cases, making a real difference to clients while advancing your career in a supportive environment.

What we’re looking for

  • An enthusiastic solicitor with 3 to 8 years’ PQE representing claimants
  • An excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and protocols
  • Experience of working on high-value, multi-track clinical negligence or personal injury cases
  • A hard-working, energetic, and sociable individual, with excellent IT, administrative and research skills
  • A commitment to developing the business of the firm (experience of marketing is desirable but not essential).

What you’ll do

  • Provide an exceptional, high-quality service to our clients
  • Handle a caseload of complex and primarily multi-track clinical negligence and personal injury claims, appropriate to experience.
